Chris Smith, Sales/Estimator , has more than 12 years of construction experience. He has spent the last eight years specializing in design and development for steel building projects.

Smith's experience working on complex building projects, gives him the ability to easily understand a project's requirements. He is able to creatively handle any special project conditions that arise while finding timely and cost-efficient solutions to any problem. Smith is responsible for project design/development, coordinating client meetings, cost estimating, client proposals, contract negotiations, project management, and coordination with field supervision.
